Patent for a method for producing comenic acid

A patent has been obtained for a new method of producing comenic acid.

Comenic acid is synthesized from the bacterium Gluconobacter oxydans (Gluconobacter oxydans). This bacterium lives on fruits, nectars, and flowers. It is common on grapes. It is not pathogenic to humans.

The method of obtaining comenic acid includes the following steps:

• Fermentation of the strain in a medium containing glucose.
• Precipitation of cells of the producing strain by centrifugation of culture liquid.
• Heating of the culture fluid. Preparation of the sodium salt of comenic acid.
• Preparation of the comenic acid substance from its sodium salt.
• Separation of comenic acid from gluconic acid impurities.

A new method of microbial biomass deposition, centrifugation, has been patented. The new method made it possible to reduce the loss of material during the removal of microorganisms from 10% to 3%. The advantage of the improved method is the reduction of waste and production costs.

In pharmaceuticals, I use comenic acid for the production of medicines that are used:

• sunburn;
• thermal burns;
• wounds, cuts, abrasions;
• radiation damage to the skin and mucous membranes.

The unique komenic acid has the following properties:

• fast regeneration without scars;
• antibacterial effect;
• antioxidant effect;
• lack of resistance;
• there are no side effects.

Our company uses comenic acid in the production of Vita-Hyal regenerating cream. The cream additionally contains hyaluronic acid and panthenol. It moisturizes and soothes the skin, promotes accelerated healing of damage without scars.
