The unique comenic acid is used in pharmaceuticals and medicine, viticulture, dairy industry and even animal husbandry.
What is its uniqueness and special feature? How is it useful for humans? Let's consider its application in pharmaceuticals.
What is comenic acid?
Comenic acid is an organic substance that looks like beige crystals.
Comenic acid is synthesized from the bacterium Gluconobacter oxydans (Gluconobacter oxydans). This bacterium lives on fruits, nectars, and flowers. It is common on grapes. It is not pathogenic to humans.
Gluconobacter oxydans are also used in industry to produce various valuable compounds, such as L-sorbose (vitamin C) and the antidiabetic drug Miglitol.
Useful properties of comenic acid
The main property of comenic acid is rapid regeneration. Accelerated healing occurs by stimulating reparative processes – the natural restoration of tissues after damage. Comenic acid not only increases the healing rate, but also normalizes the skin structure, i.e. promotes healing without scars and scars.
Comenic acid has a pronounced bactericidal effect against Staphylococcus, proteus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and others.
Numerous studies show that postpartum complications are most often caused by Staphylococcus and streptococcus bacteria. They lead to inflammation of the wound, and can even cause sepsis.
After injury, immunity decreases, including local immunity. In this case, the risk of cell damage by free radicals increases, which can slow down the healing process of an abrasion or wound.
Komenic acid helps protect against free radicals. It provides normalization of metabolic processes in the wound, and also enhances phagocytosis. Phagocytes (special cells) recognize bacteria, viruses, dead cells and microorganisms that are dangerous to the body, then absorb and destroy them.
Antibiotics and other medicines are used to fight bacteria and infections. Recently, the problem of drug-resistant pathogenic microflora has become acute – Staphylococcus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and E. coli, etc. Such flora can lead to complications in wounds and burns, such as inflammation and sepsis. The duration of treatment is also increasing.
Comenic acid is not addictive (resistant) to bacteria. It does not lose its effectiveness and relevance.
It can be considered that comenic acid is an almost harmless substance, only an individual allergic reaction is possible.
He recommends paying attention to the regenerating cream "Vita-Hyal" with comenic acid. Additionally, it contains hyaluronic acid and panthenol, which enhance the effect of comenic acid.
